Here at Germanhof, most of your personal data never reaches our eye, or the eye of any third party.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details the personal data Germanhof, Inc. (“GermanHof”, “we”, “us” or “our”) receives about you, how we process it and your rights and obligations in relation to your personal data. Germanhof, a company registered by Feras Abu Wahdan in Amman, Jordan, is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any relevant local legislation (“Data Protection Laws”).

Information you provide


Through the registration process, you will provide us with your full name, e-mail address, and address. You will also provide us with your payment transaction information if you choose to pay for Germanhof services. Note that we do not access any of said payment transaction information, as it runs through third party processing services.
For the most part, the data we collect are entirely for contact or authentication purpose. That includes:
Usernames. Email addresses. Passwords. Phone Numbers. First and last name. Addresses. Payment logs. Login attempts. IP addresses.
We do not record any of the information we collect in order to share it with a third party.
Germanhof will access your network, send and receive requests to/from the secure Germanhof API. Network activity is not recorded beyond the storage of the IP address for login authentication.

Request Deletion of your User Account.


For safety reasons, you must provide full name, password in the request to have your GermanHof account terminated. Once the request is approved, all information you have provided will be deleted entirely, and we will not be able to access it by any means afterwards.

Info obtained by third parties


We use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how users engage with the Website. Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how users use our site. This information is used to compile reports and to help us improve our Website. The reports disclose website trends without identifying individual visitors. Use of information obtained by Germanhof


Contact information (email, phone number etc.) may be used to send payment confirmations in the form of receipts to the user, or contact him about any matters regarding his User Account specifically. It will not be used for personalized advertising, or any advertising at all. Your address is used to track and verify purchases.
